    I am a subscribed member on Hanyu Yuzuru’s YouTube channel, I think since August 7 2022, but I can’t access any of the Membership Radio Translation Compilations that you have posted during the last week or so. When I go on Yuzuru’s YouTube channel and select the Membership page, nothing relating to Radio Translations is listed. If I select the Comments page there is also nothing about Radio Translations. If I try to open the links shown on your email

    1. Hi Kathy – are you sure you have subscribed as a paying member of Yuzuru’s channel? Based on the error message, it sounds like you may be a subscriber the Youtube channel (you clicked ‘subscribe’ on the Youtube page), but you will need to pay an additional Membership Fee per month to access the Members-only content we are translating.

      Have a look at more information here and you should be able to see an option in Yuzu’s channel that allows you to join as a member of his channel: https://www.youtube.com/intl/en_uk/join/

        Many thanks for your response below. I have definitely been paying the monthly subscriptions to maintain my membership of Yuzu’s YouTube channel since August 2022. The last email I received from that channel as a member was on November 1 2024, related to Echoes of Life, but nothing since. Seems like I need to contact that channel to check that my membership record with them is still current. The email address that you gave me in your email below ended in uk/join/ but I am in Australia, so would there be a different email address that I should contact ? I really need to sort this out, I don’t want my payments to be disappearing to nowhere, and to be missing out on information that I would value.

      2. In that case, I think you are best off contacting Youtube Australia’s support team and flagging that there appears to be an issue with your Membership and the content that you can access. I believe you can do that under ‘Help’ or the ‘Send Feedback’ options when you select your Youtube account (click your profile photo when on Youtube.com and look at the drop-down options). You should go through their system for filing a report. Unfortunately without knowing more of your circumstances, we cannot help too much beyond this, but we hope Youtube Australia helps you with your issue!
